the application that uses these tools only if you 
buy the source code and mention the following in your 
copyright section: "This product was partially developed 
using Panther Tools by Waheed Al-Sayer."

The cost of the complete source is $70.00, including 
the components and the experts. Payments is made either
through CompuServe SWREG method, SWREG #11172. Or
through Certified check in my name.
